Thank you for shopping with RoyaltieLuxe. Please review our shipping and processing information before placing your order.
Processing Times
RoyaltieLuxe offers both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products.
Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom products may require additional production time because they are created specifically for your order. The estimated processing time will be displayed in the individual product description whenever applicable.
Processing time is the amount of time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
After processing, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–8 business days.
Please note that processing and shipping are two separate timeframes.
For example, an order may require up to 1–5 business days for processing, followed by approximately 3–8 business days in transit.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of RoyaltieLuxe's control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and update your package after receiving your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
RoyaltieLuxe is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside of our control.
If tracking shows an unusual delay or another delivery problem, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical shipping. Access or download information will be provided electronically according to the instructions provided with the product.
